How long does it take Missionary Exchanges to make personalized items?

We can usually make personalized items in less than seven days from the date of your order, but the custom plaques can sometimes take a little longer.

What do you charge for shipping in the U.S.?

For digital copies of photos sent to your email, there is no shipping charge.

Most U.S. orders have a flat rate of $2.00, plus $1.00 for each item. For example, if you order three items, your shipping fees will be:

$2.00 for your order + (3 items  x  $1.00 each)

Total shipping for your order = $5.00

Plaques and heavier items will reflect a shipping charge by weight. We do not make money on shipping charges. These charges reflect what it costs for us to purchase packaging and ship the items.

U.S. orders over $75 receive FREE SHIPPING!

What do you charge for International shipping?

For digital copies of photos sent to you by email, there is no shipping charge.

Most International orders are a flat rate of $32.00, plus $1.00 per item in your order. For example, if you order three items, your shipping charges will be:

$32.00 for your order + (3 items  x  $1.00 each)

Your total International shipping cost = $35.00

All International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate padded envelope or box. Plaques and other heavier items may reflect higher shipping fees due to size and weight.

What shipping method will be used to deliver my order?

In most cases we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS). For International orders, we will use USPS Priority Flat Rate mail.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders usually ship within 7 business days, but delivery time AFTER we ship your order will depend on the speed of the U.S. Postal Service.

Do I have to include all the information you ask for to customize an item?

No, you can add as much or as little of the information as you want to appear on your personalized items. If you want to include something that we don’t have a field for, please send an email to support@missionaryexchanges.com or contact us at this LINK..

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, all orders will have a tracking number and can be tracked at this LINK, or by clicking “Track My Order” on the bar at the top of the page.

What if I am unhappy with something I ordered?

Your complete satisfaction is my goal! If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience with Missionary Exchanges, please let me know and I will make it right!
